Descriptive Report Writing Literacy Lesson Bundle _ editable
This literacy lesson focuses on teaching Descriptive Report Writing, as part of the ‘Description Report Writing Literacy Lessons’ series. Students will build their understanding of the features of a classification report in order to write one themselves. The lesson PowerPoint is structured using the gradual release pedagogical model of ‘I do, we do, you do’, with the activities centred around describing the categories or features associated with gingerbread men biscuits within a descriptive report format. This bundle also includes an additional research task as an alternative activity: researching an animal of student choice.
